Synopsis:

Scotch is a drink enjoyed around the world, with a history centred in Scotland. Follow a journey through the creation of the drink known in Gaelic as uisge beatha, or “water of life”, view beautiful Scottish landscapes and meet some of the intriguing characters involved in Scotch distillation along the way. Andrew Peat directs this fascinating documentary, taking you from barley to bottle.
